Conceived by MHNDU and Fortis this building is a luxurious response to the surroundings, a modern interpretation of the masonry and heritage features of the Mona Rd terraces. The landscape architecture matches the building’s scale with towering palms enlivening the streetscape while flowing plants spill over garden beds, softening the façade and connecting the exterior to the natural environment.
