Carlotta House — the plant palette for our new project, Carlotta House combines a mixture of creeping vines, swaying palms, and tactile ground covers, softening the finish of this modern home, adding an element of lushness to the entrance. ⁠ ⁠ Featured species include, Phoenix Roebeleni, Ficus Pumila, Rhaphiolepis Oriental Pearl, Ligularia Reniformis, Dichondra Repens, Neomarica Gracilis.⁠ ⁠

Carlotta House

A large sparkling pool with built in day bed sits elevated at the rear of the property surrounded by large trees and plants including magnolia, heliconia and raphiolepsis. The pool floats above a large green level lawn.

Howea House

Rectangular pool with limestone coping is at home amongst architecture and environment. Highlighting indoor-outdoor living this garden takes on an LA / Palm Springs-like design philosophy.
