Banyan Beach House

A one hundred year-old Ficus macrophylla or Australian Banyan marks the entrance to this unique beachside escape. This costal site required a mixture of native and exotic species resilient enough to survive while connecting the property to the surrounding headland, bush, and native plant palate. Staying true to the location and the colours and tones of the natural environment was paramount.
